Ellis Signs Delivers Standout Signage for Superdrug’s Flagship Store at Meadowhall

We’re proud to announce that Ellis Signs has completed the full signage manufacture and installation for Superdrug’s brand-new flagship store at Meadowhall Shopping Centre ⭐

At a huge 10,199 sq ft, this stunning retail space is one of the largest Superdrug stores in the UK, and we were thrilled to play a key role in bringing its visual identity to life.

A Full-Scope Signage Project

From start to finish, this project allowed our team to showcase the full extent of our capabilities-from custom fabrication to high-impact installation. Every stage of the process was handled in-house by our skilled team, including detailed project management, and expert installation. We worked closely with Superdrug to ensure every element aligned with their brand vision and met the technical demands of a high-traffic retail environment. This project is a testament to our commitment to quality, innovation, and delivering signage solutions that not only meet expectations- but exceed them.

Exterior Signage Highlights:

• Built-up polished stainless steel letters with face illumination, fixed onto bespoke stainless steel rails for a sleek, high-end finish
• Powder-coated folded aluminium panels for durability and visual consistency
• A show stopping LED entrance portal, complete with aluminium U-channel housing and vibrant pink LED lighting, creating a bold and welcoming entrance

Interior Signage Features:

• Custom aluminium light boxes featuring full-colour digitally printed textile skins
• Internally illuminated aluminium built-up letters with acrylic faces
• A striking double-sided bulkhead light box, fitted with high-efficiency LEDs and a printed textile skin for eye-catching impact

Collaboration with The Perfume Shop

In addition to the Superdrug signage, #teamellis was also delighted to work on the in-store signage for The Perfume Shop counter. This allowed us to further demonstrate our flexibility and attention to detail when working with multiple retail brands under one roof.
